Welborne’s custom-made programme develops garments around your organisation’s requirements, including fit, fabric, colour and branding. Our team can assist with garment concepts, patterns, fabric selection, fit, colours and branding before production begins. Samples and specifications are reviewed before production, and order quantities and schedules are agreed for each programme.
Patterns drawn for your team, not pulled off a shelf.
Most uniform suppliers add your logo to a stock-line garment. We start one step earlier — designing the pattern itself. That means the fit, the silhouette, the fabric, the seam placements and the embroidery position are all built for the way your team actually works. Once the pattern’s signed off, it’s yours, on file, ready to reorder.
Pattern making
Pattern blocks drawn from scratch by our in-house designers — sized, graded and approved at sample stage before production starts.
Fabric library
Choose from our curated library of corporate, hospitality, healthcare and workwear fabrics — performance, stretch, easy-care, natural fibre and recycled options.
Sample fitting range
Before you commit to a production run, we send a fitting range so staff can try the garment on, find their size, and request adjustments — no surprises on dispatch day.
Branded embroidery & print
Approved artwork details can be retained to support consistent logo placement, thread colours and branding across future orders. Turnaround is confirmed for each order.
Stock holding on reorder
Once your custom range is in production, we hold reserve stock in your approved sizes and colours so reorders ship the same day.
Online reorder portal
A branded portal where team members can self-order their kit within company-approved styles, sizing and budget. No spreadsheets, no chase, no off-brand orders.

Design
Our designers translate the brief into concept sketches, fabric swatches and a pattern block — refined with you until it’s right.
Sample
A sample fitting range is made and shipped. Staff try it on, sizing is confirmed, adjustments are noted before production opens.
Manufacture
Once approved, garments are produced, branded and quality checked, then packed according to the agreed order requirements.
Embroider & Dispatch
Branding, packing and dispatch follow the production schedule agreed for the order.
