Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Welborne Corporate Image website and the supply of products and services by Welborne Corporate Image Pty Ltd (ABN supplied on invoice) (“Welborne”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Quotes and orders

Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed once we have received a signed acceptance, deposit (where applicable) and final artwork or sizing schedule. Order requirements vary by garment, range and production method and will be confirmed in your quote.

Pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. We may revise pricing for fabric, freight or currency movements that occur between quote and production; any change of more than 5% will be communicated and re-confirmed before manufacture.

Payment terms

New customers: 75% deposit before manufacture, 25% balance before dispatch. Active account customers: invoiced on dispatch with 14-day payment terms. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month and recovery costs.

Lead times and delivery

Standard stock orders typically dispatch within 5 business days. Custom-made programmes typically take 8–12 weeks from approved sample. Lead times are estimates and not guarantees; we will notify you of any material delays. Risk passes to you on dispatch from our Eagle Farm warehouse.

Returns, exchanges and faults

Stock items in original, unused condition may be returned within 14 days for exchange or credit; return freight is the customer’s responsibility. Custom-made, embroidered or printed garments are not returnable unless faulty. Faulty garments will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

You confirm that any logos, artwork or designs supplied for embroidery or print are owned by you or licensed to you, and you indemnify Welborne against any third-party claim relating to their use. Welborne retains ownership of original patterns and designs we create.

Sample fitting ranges

Sample ranges are charged at the base quantity price (10–24 group) plus a $10 surcharge per garment. Samples must be returned in resalable condition within the agreed period or are invoiced at full price.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
